Our aim is to provide you with a best in class sample service and our choice of haulage partner to expedite your samples reflects this. Below are some FAQ about how and when you will get your samples.

When will my samples be delivered? 

All of our samples are delivered next day. Please stipulate when go through the order process if you require a pre 10am, pre 12noon or just a next day delivery and we will do the rest!

What time are my samples expected to be delivered? 

Our haulier partner offers timed deliveries during the week with a pre 12 service on Saturday deliveries. Our partner reported service levels of 98.8% effective on all services timed and next day in August 2015.

What will happen if your courier service is unable to deliver my samples & service guarantee or if they just don’t turn up? 

In both instances we will receive a failed delivery report and we want to know why the delivery has not taken place and what is being done by the delivering depot to resolve the issue. We have found that since asking our customers to give contact details when ordering the samples (which is on the delivery label the drivers all have mobile phones to contact the person) the amount of saved time being able to contact you directly and make sure the goods are delivered in a timely fashion is incredible. We ask for a signature as proof of delivery and unless you say otherwise we will not leave in a "safe area".
